Holiday Studio Sale 2003

MudFire Gallery will host its 2nd annual Mudfire Holiday Pottery Show from November 28 through December 24, 2003. An artists reception and holiday party will be held Thursday, December 4, from 6-10pm. The party is open to the public, and there is no admission fee. All works exhibited will be available for sale. About the Show

This juried exhibit will showcase the artworks of over fifty local potters, offering hundreds of handmade gift items at reasonable prices. This annual event drew thousands of visitors last year, and will showcase twice as much pottery this year. Gift certificates for studio membership and pottery lessons are also available.

Many of the works in the show were created onsite at MudFire Pottery Center, a creative playspace for over 100 Atlanta area potters and clay artists. Studio members come from all walks of life . . . many enjoy "clay therapy" as a relaxing hobby, while others are intent on building a career in ceramics. The MudFire Holiday Pottery Show offers Atlantans the opportunity to give truly memorable and unique gifts this holiday season, while supporting and encouraging emerging artists in our community.
