Visiting artist discusses her work, influences, and life. Q&A. Free and open to the public as a community service.

July 30 - August 1, 2010- Workshop, 10am - 5pm daily
Diana Fayt - Drawing a Line
Hands-on workshop, creating an illustrated surface with crisp lines in clay, handbuilding, and slip casting. Fee $295.

July 31 - August 1 - Spotlight show, 12pm - 8pm each day
Diana Fayt
Handbuilt functional pottery and decorative vessels, gorgeously illustrated with flora and fauna. Free, two day exhibit and sale.

August 6, 2010- Workshop, 10am - 5pm daily

Hands-on workshop, creating rich kohiki-style texture on handbuilt functional and sculptural forms. Fee $295.

Curated by Kyle Carpenter. Established and emerging artists from the Asheville, NC, ara. Displays through November 13. Free, exhibit and sale.

Hands-on workshop, slip resist method for naked raku with consistent results. Fee $295.

Annual Holiday Studio Sale
Over 100 artists, our biggest show of the year, restocked daily. Open Thursday - Monday Noon to 8pm through December 23.

December 4, 2010 - Holiday party, 5pm - 9pm
Studio Sale Artist Reception and Holiday Sale
MudFire celebrates the holidays and toasts our studio artists who came together to create our annual holiday sale. Holiday show continues through December 23.

December 23 at 10 pm - MudFire Closes for Holiday Break
The gallery and studio will be closed for seasonal rejuvenation, reopening Sunday January 2.
